Chughtai lab conducted training on stress management for the head of departments of different faculties at Suffa University DHA Karachi. The session stressed upon the need for identifying stress, its causes, and management.
The faculty and management not only thoroughly participated in the training but also urged Chughtai Lab to hold many more of such sessions for their students as well in the future.
