A training session to ensure the improvement & development of the human capital

We have started a series of training sessions at Chughtai Lab to ensure the improvement and development of the human capital and maximize their potential. A training session on Change Management was held at Chughtai Lab head office today. It focused on the importance of agility in the contemporary corporate sector and the need to persist and adapt for future transformations.
