As a part of #BeatDiabetes campaign, Chughtai Foundation (Trust) organized a Diabetes “Free Medical Consultation camp” at Kahna, Lahore. More than 200 people got benefited from the medical camp by getting the blood pressure checkup, blood sugar checkup and BMI checkup.
In addition Doctors at the camp provided free medical advice to the patients. Besides medical facility, the camp also aimed at educating people about diabetes prevention through changing lifestyle.
The people who availed the medical services appreciated the initiative of Chughtai Foundation (Trust) and expressed the desire that many more such camps should be held where the people who cannot afford can get quality medical facilities for free.
