How to get your Pink Card?

Visit any of our centers to get your Pink Card on the spot, or call “Aap Ki Sehat Ka Number” at 0311 1456789.

Validity of Pink Card:

The Pink Card will be valid for a period of 2 years from the date of issuance. You may renew it at any time against a payment of Rs. 200.

Types of Pink Card:

• Family Pink Card Rs. 1,000/-
(9+1 maximum of 10 members including the Pink Card holder)

Terms and Conditions:

Pink Card is non-transferable. Only Pink Card members listed on the card account may use the Pink Card.
Pink Card benefits at healthcare providers other than Chughtai Lab are at the sole discretion of that provider.
Chughtai Lab shall bear no liability if a third-party healthcare provider opts out of honoring Pink Card.
If you lose your Pink Card, please notify us immediately so that a replacement card may be issued. Replacement card fees will apply.
Chughtai Lab reserves the right to alter/discontinue the Pink Card program or individual Pink Cards at any time at its sole discretion.
Special sales and promotions may not be eligible for discounts. Only one offer can be availed of at a time.
Chughtai Lab may decide not to offer/discontinue discounts on certain tests/procedures.
