Purpose of the Test

When this test is required

What the Test Detects

MRI TMJ provides detailed images of the TMJ and surrounding tissues, including the muscles, ligaments, nerves, and bone structures. The images produced during the test can help detect TMJ disorders such as osteoarthritis, disc displacement, and injury or inflammation.

Preparation for the Test
